Near record highs are expected over parts of the region today, with temperatures reaching the 60s along and west of the Red River Valley. A few very light rain showers may track through the region from the northwest to southeast late this afternoon through tonight as a cold front arrives. This pattern change will bring breezy winds Saturday and cooler temperatures for this weekend into next week.
