A storm system is forecast to bring increasing chances of showers and storms on Tuesday afternoon into Tuesday night with cooler temperatures on Wednesday with temperatures near normal for mid March. Rain may mix with snow during the day on Wednesday with cooler air moving into the region. Strong to severe storms are heavy rain are possible Tuesday.
