[1 pm 1/12] - Blowing snow continues within the Red River Valley this afternoon. Overall, visibility will be above half a mile, however, at times they will drop less than half a mile in open country within the eastern Red River Valley in Minnesota. Lingering breezy winds tonight will continue drifting and patchy blowing snow. Hazardously cold conditions expected as well. Currently reported icy roads in southeast ND and west-central MN is continuing hazardous travel conditions.
