The most snow accumulated from west central into central Arkansas (10" to 12"+). The highest snow accumulations...14 inches at Briggsville (Yell Co) and Mena (Polk Co). At the latter location, 13 inches occurred on the 9th, which was the most snow in one day on record. Significant ice (at least quarter inch accruals) were confined to southern sections of the state.
