Today will be cold with highs ranging from 9 to 22 degrees. Light snow is possible over northeastern Wyoming but it will be dry elsewhere. A system moving through Monday and Tuesday will bring chances for snow and breezy winds across the area. The snow will be largely over by Tuesday morning though it will persist over the northern Black Hills through Tuesday afternoon. There’s a 70 to 100 percent chance for above 4 inches of snow across the northern Black Hills with a 50 to 70 percent chance over the Wyoming Black Hills. Across northeastern Wyoming, the probabilities for 4 or more inches of snow drop off to around 10 to 30 percent. Elsewhere, chances for greater than 4 inches of snow are at around zero. Highs on Monday will range from 18 to 31 and highs Tuesday will range from 27 to 37. Wednesday will be dry with breezy winds and highs ranging from 34 to 47.
