Strong to severe thunderstorms can be expected across the Panhandles this evening. Severe winds with gusts over 75 mph can be expected in several areas. Large hail is also a possibility but the winds will be the primary hazard. Localized heavy rain will also occur with the stronger storms. Storms should be moving to the east and southeast during the evening and overnight and gradually taper off from west to east during this time.
