An upper low moving east-southeast into southern Manitoba this afternoon will bring scattered showers and a few thunderstorms to northeast North Dakota and northwest Minnesota this afternoon and evening. Enough instability is forecast to be present for the possibility of isolated severe storms this afternoon from Baudette thru Bemidji to Wadena.
