Heat index values as high as 110-115 degrees likely in places every day through at least mid week. The heat will let up very slightly late week, but will still be hot! Drink plenty of water, stay in AC if possible and avoid strenuous activities in the peak heating of the day. Be mindful of cumulative impacts from heat and know the signs of heat illness.
